David founded ChangeWork HR Services Limited in 2007 to deliver commercial HR change and project management across a range of industry sectors. A law graduate, with corporate experience in HR, manufacturing and international management he has over 15 years' experience as a non-legal member of the Employment Tribunal Judiciary. David is a Fellow of CIPD.
